Ambassador Sparber had a productive meeting with Daniella Levine Cava, Mayor of Miami Dade County, where they focused on deepening the partnership and sharing best practices between the two jurisdictions.

A highlight of the visit was the Ambassador's participation in the Mark Samuelian Distinguished Speaker Series at Miami Dade College, organized in partnership with the Miami-Dade County International Trade Consortium. Topics ranged from Liechtenstein's position in the world to its economic footprint in the United States, with a particular focus on the Principality's leadership in high-end manufacturing and digital finance.

Ambassador Sparber was also able to sit down with Global Miami Magazine to discuss Liechtenstein’s relations with Florida and its engagement in the Americas, which provided an opportunity to showcase Liechtenstein's presence in the region not only through its active companies but also its interest in the Western Hemisphere as a Permanent Observer to the Organization of American States.

Ambassador Sparber visited PortMiami for insightful exchanges on trade and Miami's gateway function to the Americas.

Cultural engagement took a prominent place during the visit, with an exclusive gathering hosted by Mitchell "Micky" Wolfson Jr. at The Wolfsonian–FIU. This was an opportunity to view the unique collection of important historical documents, including relating to Liechtenstein's history and identity in the period between the two world wars. Ambassador Sparber was also able to enjoy a visit to Miami's Little Havana where he toured historical sights and enjoyed the excellent cuisine.
