Travelers Bound for Liechtenstein

Due to Liechtenstein's customs union with Switzerland, Swiss COVID-19 travel-related regulations also apply when traveling to Liechtenstein. Therefore, please visit the website of the Embassy of Switzerland for more detailed information regarding travel guidlines.

As per the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), all travelers arriving in Switzerland must complete the entry form (no exceptions).

The following link from the Swiss Office of Public Health provides further updated entry requirements for Switzerland, respectively Liechtenstein.

Quarantine obligation for travelers from areas with increased risk of infection

Per the Embassy of Switzerland to the United States, travelers arriving in Switzerland, and subsequently Liechtenstein, from the USA do not have to go into quarantine (FOPH).

The FOPH maintains a list of countries with a worrying variant. Entry into Switzerland and Liechtenstein from these countries may require testing and quarantining. Currently, all persons entering Liechtenstein from FOPH-listed countries with a worrying variant must be in quarantine for 10 days. If you fall under Swiss guidelines requiring quarantine, visitors from the designated countries must report to the Liechtenstein Department of Health within two days of arrival by filling out and sending the following form by email to amtsaerztlicherdienst@llv.li.
